Dear Customers

Our president tells me to create jobs, and in the very next breath, he calls me ”lazy” and a “fat cat”.  

My darlings, I am neither lazy, nor a cat.   And if he calls me fat just one more time, there could be consequences.

I’ll tell you who we are.   We are dedicated, we are driven, and we are innovative.   And since even the dog is able to look at the economic and political landscape and deduce that the worst is still coming, we adjust, in order to ride out this difficulty and continue to grow.

We welcome the challenges and opportunities to be found in 2012.  We also vow that you will never have to press 1 for English, and that whoever answers the phone will not be sitting in India.   And even though manufacturing is a particularly rough business in this climate, Mutt Muffs remain and will always continue to be 100% American made.   We further promise continued commitment to animal rescue organizations, and to make our aircraft and pilots available to transport as many fur balls to better lives as we can.

Lastly, we pray for sanity to return to Washington, but we prepare for stupidity.
