Our new ear cushions are manufactured with a thermoformed vinyl outer skin filled with the same polyester foam as is found in commercial and military headsets, giving exceptional conformability and comfort. The retainer is die cut from vinyl sheeting and the assembly is all RF-welded for a good appearance and integration.
